Hours

Hourly appointments are available:

• Monday to Fridays, typically during the day 9-5pm. Some counsellors will offer evening appointments.
• Saturdays – dependent upon counsellors.

Fees

Our counselling fee is £50 per hour. The initial hour costs £65 to cover set-up fees. For married counselling the fees are £100 and £80, respectively, if there are 2 counsellors.

All counselling charges are due before each appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, you must notify your counselor 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You will be charged in full for your scheduled session if you fail to contact your counselor in advance.  This charge must be paid before or at the time of your next appointment to continue in the counseling relationship. Exceptions are made in emergency situations only.

Face to face and over video conferencing tools

We counsel at various locations face to face dependent upon the counsellor. We can also meet over zoom/Teams etc. When arranging appointments your counsellor will work these details out with you directly.

Discount Options and Financial Assistance

Unfortunately we are unable to offer financial assistance to counselees.

However, we encourage you to seek assistance from your church – check with your pastor or church leader(s)/elders to see if they can provide help with your counselling fees. Many of our counselees have benefited from the generosity of their own congregations.
